All Orange Thank You customers have free access to DConnect Premium, the Belgian app that helps you regain a healthy balance with screens through personalised support, practical advice and local activities.

This promotion is valid for any activation made between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 inclusive (6 months free). The free access is limited to a single registration per Orange Thank You customer and cannot be combined with other DConnect promotions.

Participation

To take advantage of this offer:

1. Log in via the Orange Thank You program.

2. Click on the promotion link.

3. Enter your email address and create a password.

4. Access DConnect Premium.

The activation must take place between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026 inclusive.
Any activation made between October 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 entitles you to 6 months free.
Once activated, the offer is non-binding.

Conditions

• Offer valid only in Belgium.

• Only one entry per Orange Thank You customer.

• This offer is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable

• If the account is deactivated or deleted before the end of the free period, the offer is considered used and cannot be reactivated.

• At the end of the free period, the subscription will be automatically interrupted unless the user chooses to voluntarily extend their access by purchasing a paid subscription.
